Long before I knew what copywriting was, I spent way too much time making cheesy i-movies with my little cousins. I was following everyone around with my tablet, directing cinematic masterpieces. I loved being behind the camera; directing scenes, coming up with insane scripts and storylines, editing all the footage, and mainly just being in charge. As an oldest sibling, one of my greatest joys was bossing everyone around and convincing my family to be the stars of whatever crazy creative endeavor I had dreamed up that week.

Turns out, I still love being behind the scenes. I fell in love with copywriting, art directing, and anything where I can find a way to be in charge of something creatively motivated. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever create another masterpeice quite as great as my childhood i–movie Into the Forest-- in which a dog with magic powers (my brother) explores a forest (my backyard) and discovers the true meaning of friendship. Some ideas just can’t be topped.
